FEEDBACK Consolidate video threads

I was wondering if we could take the "Random Videos" from the Off Topic Discussion and merge with the "Off-Topic Pictures and Videos"?

Or have an "Off Topic Pictures" and an "Off Topic Videos" inside the Community Lounge.
