Case Re-Learn ?

I have a 2008 Envoy with the 4.2. 127k. I am planning on replacing the CPAS and the CPS as a matter of maintenance . Do I need to do a case re-learn after replacing these ?
I didn't come across this in the YouTube videos . I did see that someone had this done after replacing the CPS in a post here on GMT .

If you mean by CPS as the Cam Position Sensor, then no CASE relearn is required. Only when the Crankshaft Position Sensor is replaced you would need it.

Thanks Mooseman for clarifying that. I AM replacing the camshaft position sensor.
