Bumper cover question

Will a 2008 LT rear bumper cover fit or work on a 2004 LS without any mods.?? Thanks in advance for any help.

Since you replied in the other thread of someone doing the same thing, I'm gonna close this thread so we don't have duplicates and split conversations on the same modification.
