2005 Chevy Express Conversion Van Wheel size?

I have a 2005 Chevy full size Express Conversion Van. It has factory 16" wheels on it with the 6x139.7 bolt pattern. Is that the same bolt pattern that the Chevy Trucks use?

I'm looking to put some bigger wheels on it and was wondering if 20" Wheels will fit?

6x139.7 is the same as 6X5.5" and that is what most 6-lug trucks use, yes.

Larger diameter rims will always fit if you're thinking only of the rims, but it all depends on how much tire diameter you end up with when you buy new tires to go on the new rims. Not sure anybody is as familiar with the full-size van wheel wells and steering knuckles to give you a max outside diameter. Tire stores will be a LOT more familiar with that platform than the trailblazer, and should even have the restrictions in their data base.
